I don’t understand the attachment to Red Velvet, I really don’t. Please don’t be offended if it’s your personal love-to me it’s just a faintly chocolate-y cake the color of blood. Yum. BUT, when draped with a snowy blanket of cream cheese buttercream it is highly edible. So-that was Ms. Kim’s choice for her birthday. Our other buddy, C.A. needed a gluten-free vanilla cake and voila! There it is.
